There are so many things that are obvious I don't know which to tell them first.

Bomb all turban factories.
Make bio-weapons specific to camels.
Develop bio-weapons that will cause all males in an area to display female changes to their body such as breast development.
Bi-engineer super boars with fangs like a pit bull, 7 inch razor tusks, night vision and intelligence to be set free to roam in the wilds of Afganistan.
