I'm quite sure that most of us have had some little secret we kept from some others on a chat board such as this. You know, something like who you might have been at another time or place.
Now seems like as good a time as any to make a confession.

Several months ago I remember confessing to Rawbunzel that Newt was my No.1 all-time favorite chatboard personality. Imagine my surprise when she told me a few days later that she was Newt. I had no idea.

I have a confession to make too.
One of the favorite activities of old-time posters is to try to "guess" the previous identity of new posters.
Well, I've never had any name other than "Irene" or "stockticker" on any on-line chat board. I guess that makes me kind of weird.
