Don't feel too bad. I've been here for more than two years and I don't know what's going on either. My only guess is that AW has decided to kill its forums, as the company has been having financial difficulties.
Whatever it is -- if it's anything -- I think it's pretty rude of those who know to play this coy little game of "I know a secret." I'd have thought we all had a little more respect for each other than to pull this kind of stunt.

Be well, Irene. I've come to respect your posts more than most others, along with Dan (Antiquary). And jamesoblivion. And of course krs (even though I frequently disagree with his point of view, he still knows his stuff and keeps it interesting).
I still don't know for sure what's going on, but now I have a better idea (unless I guessed wrong and a barrage of nuclear warheads are at this moment headed for the continental USA and I'm SOL because I'm not watching CNN).
