I'm loyal. Even to those who have stabbed me in the back.

And I sing a mean alto, and am great at desk top publishing.

I can also hit dead center on a wall without using a tape measure, and I can tell a childs tempurature using only my hand. I can tell it within 5 tenths of a degree. Ask my hubby, he'll tell you.

I am also fabulous at making my 14 year old daughter miserable. Ask her.

My best trait(s):

My sense of humor.

My ability to stick my foot in my mouth and leave room for the other one.

My incredible love techniques that bring men to their knees.

And my very best trait ... these....

What a nice, upbeat thread, KD.

I have 3 traits I like about myself...

My honesty.

I don't have a poker face, so you would see a lie all over my face anyway. Besides, you don't have to worry about covering your tracks. Liars are always found out eventually.

I am a loyal friend.

I only require loyalty in return.

I am a touchy, feely kind of person.

I'm always wrapping my arms around someone. If I love someone, I tell them.

It took my very cold, introverted sister a long time to learn to return my hugs with warmth. I just kept forcing myself on her.

I always imagined she was saying to herself when I was approaching her, "Oh no, she's going to hug me again. Now, what do I do?"

Oops...make that 4.

I have a warped sense of humor.

Only another warped mind "gets" it.

I like a variety of people - they don't have to have the same interests or opinions that I have. I'm usually non-judgemental. I like to keep an open mind about issues. I make a mean baba ghanoush.

Let's see, my best trait.....

Well, that would have to be my crankyness...hence the user name.
I am small & quiet, so people think they can push me around... then reality sets in......

I am very efficient, thus my lifelong career as a professional slacker.

And, like Meya, I am fabulous at making my 14 year old daughter's life miserable. (and she wil be happy to tell you all about it as well.)

That is all....

PS... I have also put up with outoftheblue for 16 years as of 10/19.

I'm very good at CPR.

Good to know Snowy. I feel so much safer now. Oddly there is a paramedic on another board and I always feel safer when he is posting. Isn't that WEIRD?

I am more forgiving than is for my own good. It will be the death of me.

~And trusting. That one's nearly killed me already.

The desire to right wrongs I may have done.

To put myself in someone elses mocassins and be able to try to understand where they are coming from.

Honesty.

Loyalty.

Generous with whatever I may have if someone else needs it more.

My best trait? I don't think I can narrow it down to one (and nope - modesty isn't on the list! )

I have a very strong work ethic. Both privately and professionally, when I take something on, I throw everything into it. I give my friends and employers complete loyalty and dedication - some of them have acknowledged and appreciated it, but most don't realise that it can be a rare thing. The lack of acknowledgement only serves to spur me on more.

I am very outspoken.

I am a dedicated parent and I work hard to instill manners, morals and that work ethic in my child. Most days it works.

I am great at coloring in (I can even stay inside the lines) and painting walls. Try it next time you are stressed - it's very therapeutic

I have a great sense of humor, love playful banter with old friends and practical jokes.

But I think my best trait is that I have a terrific memory for details.
