Columbia House video/CD/DVD Club has changed it's TOS wording in a way that I thought might be interesting to some of you. (They changed it as part of a settlement to a class action suit regarding the words "shipping & handling."
"Shipping and Processing Fees" are being used in stead of "shipping & handling".
The term "processing" is then explained: "The shipping & processing charge is designed to compensate Columbia House for the services we provide that enable our members to enjoy the convenience of home selection and delivery of our products as well as overhead costs associated with these services."

I'm not trying to resurrect the ghosts of s/h discussions past. We've had enough of those. I thought someone might find the wording useful.
