The female owner of the dogs,Marjorie Knoller, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and perjury, and sentenced to 4 years less time served. She will serve about 2 years and pay $6,000 in fines. This neo-Nazi lunatic should rot in jail for allowing her crazed animals out in public.

I'll bet you dollars to donuts that the judge was threatened.

She'll probably do a year. The fines totalled about $10,000. For those not familiar with the case, a second-degree murder charge was thrown out, after Noel was found guilty of the charge.

Noel and her spouse were both jailhouse lawyers, and were intimiately associated with neo-Nazi prison gangs. I believe the dogs were trained attack dogs.

What outraged the San Francisco community was the fact that neither defendant showed any remorse, or even sorrow over the mauling death. They consistently blamed the victim, who was attacked right outside her own apartment.

Instead of 15 years to life, Noel will be out in a year. The judge's reasoning was that since Noel didn't know that the dogs would kill on that particular day, Noel wasn't guilty of murder. I think a lot of people feel justice wasn't done. There was plenty of evidence to show that Noel knew the dogs were dangerous.

Here they gave that guy who took the lady's dog out of her lap and threw it into traffic 3 years. And you're right...no remorse shown. Sad, sad, sad.
