I read there a year ago when some ex-AW employees (not the moderators) posted there. They had lost their jobs and apparently had been given one hour to pack up their belongings and get out, at least that was what one poster said. They weren't complimentary about AW.

How thoughtful you are. Actually, I have changed my mind about what I said in a moment of anger. You know about those moments...I'm sure.

So I will honor your threads with my posts whenever I feel like it.

It's a woman's option to change her mind.

BTW, you missed a couple others.

"Sometimes you have to be a high-riding
b!tch to survive. Sometimes being a b!tch is all a woman has to hold onto." -Dolores Claiborne, Stephen King

No, that isnt aimed at anyone. Just thought it was a cool quote and oh-so-true.

Extraordinary! Just a random quote from Stephen King! What a pitiful thing for a woman to hold onto.

Junque, the daughter said it to Dolores, and Dolores's employer said it to her when she told Dolores to "get rid" of her husband who was abusing the daughter. Loved that quote, myself. Might even use it as my sigline, lol.

Hep,Per your "Quest" and to completely blow
your mind Some people do Bible studys,(King James version) and some do studys of Bibles.Who wrote the Bible that everyone loves to throw verses and passages? King James,If you have read any history of the man,You wouldnt buy a used car from him.
Here is some of the nicer wrtten articals on King James.
http://www.nwlink.com/~scotlass/jamesvi.htm
http://www.click2religion.com/king_james/james_story_ch1.htm
http://www.biblestudy.org/basicart/kjverror.html
http://www.tegart.com/brian/bible/kjvonly/rick/kingjames.html
There was a Bible called the Calvin Bible
published in 1560,It was a translated into english Bible taken from original Hebrew, and Greek texts.
Calvins Bible was out of print since 1644 and was the Bible of choice for Oliver Cromwell,John Milton and the pilgrims who landed at Plymouth Rock in 1620.William Shakespeare quoted Calvins Bible more than 5000 times in his plays.
Some suggest that the Calvin Bible was replaced by the King James version because the State needed a Bible that was more compliant to its agenda.
Good luck on your Quest.........
