Have you ever heard of Real Doll? There was an ad on Craigslist by a guy that wanted to buy a used one because he can't afford a new one at $5,749. He said he's deaf and can't find a girlfriend. Wow, do they look real!

I think that's the "brand" on the Howard Stern show on the E channel. You have to order them way in advance! They're supposed to be very expensive because they use special plastic that feels like skin and the hair is human. Sometimes a guest says hello to the thing!

DeSquirrel, you're right, that's where I've seen it.
I think it's the same material they use to make artifical limbs. There was a show last week (can't remember which one)where a guy made facial masks for people who had lost parts of their faces from accidents or burns. Absolutley amazing!

That's it! I remember the "manufacturer" coming on the show and saying how they were made and who the technicians were, etc. It's like a science project. A leg weighs what a "real" leg would, etc. The order sheet is like a new car!
Hey, what else could you get for that pervert millionaire friend that has everything?

You know, since the 1980s, they've had protein-based circuit chips. Now, someone may have been pulling the reader's leg in the article, but they actually have to "feed" the chips nutrient solutions. If true, with advanced genetics, robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and a whole lotta cash, you will be able to purchase or rent the woman (or man, for that matter, Ladies!) of your dreams and take them out to dinner. And its all possible within our lifetimes!

My ex lost a leg in a motorcycle accident, and when I first met him his prostheses was just like a chunk of fiberglass. Now, he has a leg with this new material. They even match it to your skin color. He say's it's such an improvement, and loves it. It seemed weird at first, he kept touching it. Couldn't get over how real it felt.
Borillar, yea, might be good to have a nice quiet man who's not running the streets.
