I've been reading about it.
I haven't seen anything yet though about whether they think it's the same one or a copycat.
Either way it's a scary situation.

The sniper will probably never be caught as long as he is receiving daily reports defining the methods that are being used to capture him. For example, the report of the use of overhead imagery may be the reason that he traveled eighty miles from his original shooting territory to commit the latest shooting. It was a mistake to reveal that information.

It's hard to believe that this lone (?) sniper is able to continue with these cowardly acts and go undetected, especially in such highly populated areas. I've read that police are now considering hypnotizing witnesses to see if there might be anything they can recall.

My point was these shootings are always occurring in crowded spots....not out in the country where it would be more likely no one would see who's firing.

He usually shoots from a wooded area near a heavily populated area. Almost every gas station in our neighborhood is across the road from a wooded area...just like the one behind the steak house in Virginia.
