Postal Rates same for next 4 years. Did you hear of this story on CNN that the postal rates will be the same for the next four years because they made a mistake. They thought they had to pay 32 billion a year to a Pension fund and it now says it was only 5 Billion so they weren't lousing as much money as they thought. How come it's not big news and Rates should go down or someone should explain what's really happening. Anyone else see this on CNN.

I didn't see it (been too busy). But it was explained to me here before that the "profits" made by the US Postal Service is just another Piggy Bank for Congress to rob. When they want more money, the postal rates go up. To keep rates in check, put a "lockbox" on the profits.

Imagine that. Another Democratic snafu. Lets take extra money and not give it back. Just like taxes.
