This one is not very clear, and I was awed by it the first time I saw it, when you posted it for Veterans Day, I believe. Its been a long time, so Im not sure exactly. Anyway..I dont kow the artist who did it. Can you please tell me who it is?

It is a famous painting. The title of which I do not recall. Yet, it sums it all up -- even if you weren't there.
