Channel 4 was yesterday back in the dock over plans to broadcast a programme showing a performance artist eating the flesh of a dead baby.

Unbelievable - Some people will do anything to get attention. I would hope that those who've heard about this will have their TVs tuned to other channels in protest.

Just where in the world, or rather I should say who in the world gave him that still-born infant for this sick display? You'd think someone along the way would have had some sense to tell this idiot he needs to get his head examined.

unbelievable...

Could be worse. It could be from a live baby. But then this is from those enlightened Europeans.

It's the people that would be interested in watching this crud that worries me. Maybe in a few years snuff films will be considered art.

Apparently, this kind of shock 'entertainment' is making big bucks for channel 4.
The last controversial program was an autopsy, televised November 22. Channel 4 defended the first public autopsy in 170 years, saying the issue had been handled in an educational and balanced way.

sliced liver anyone?

Channel 4's autopsy show prompts hundreds of calls

C4 ready for autopsy storm

Autopsy show is not illegal, claims Channel 4

C4 defiant on showing 'illegal' autopsy

And there are more programs scheduled.....

Not much different from the survivor idea of using bugs and grubs for the contestants to choke down and now making them do self torture as a challenge.
It turned mean and I won't watch it anymore.

That is just SICK. And eating bugs and stuff is what natives have always done. Its a far cry from eating the flesh of a baby. SICK. Geez...I shouldnt have opened this thread.

Hi Hep! It's beyond sick isn't it? I'd like to know the answer to Linda's question... where did he get this baby from?? I can't believe this isn't a criminal act of some kind.

Here's the story of a guy who eats dead bodies because he is hungry. He compares it to eating dead cows.

Besides, what would we call the various cuts of human flesh????

Cows are Beef
Pigs are Pork
Humans???? Sirlion of ???? Rump Roast of ???? Tips of ??????

And they call me Psycho like it is a Baaad Thing......

Oh yes, I think it is sick also, but basically we are just meat in a twisted sort of way.

Humans are referred to as "Long Pork" as that is what we reputedly taste like.
