Here a simple trafic stop has a family on it's knees and the family dog is shotgunned as soon as it comes out of the car.
In England they conduct a terrorist raid and they are unarmed and don't even cuff the suspects.

It was an anti-terrorist raid and they say: "There was no perceived risk." ?????

Hard way to learn how to better protect themselves next time.
