Legal Eagles “ Aust Howard May Be Guilty ATROCITIES”

Australian International Law Specialists say that if Australia’s Prime Minister John Howard goes against International consent and joins in an attack against Iraq then he may be found guilty of international Laws against War Criminals. and be subject to extradition, as consistent with international agreements.
Does America have International agreements with regards to War Criminals????
Bush & Howard can go to a MILITARY Jail along with Sadam, Milosovic, Osama, (& recently declared) Sharon, & some 90Year old Nazis, & all others like them.
