A multi-national agreement was signed with much celebration enabling a new gas pipeline, with route carefully excavated by precision bombing, which will serve to bring previously hard to reach oil reserves to market. All parties expressed their appreciation for the assistance of 'foreign investors' (gosh, how do you spell cheney?) in bringing this wonderment to pass.
I'll presume that only born in the region labor will be employed to operate this pipe over the future years as they are the only people standing much chance of having developed a resistance to the effects of the depleted uranium permeating the region.
