A carp about to be killed at a NY fish market spoke up & claimed to be the soul of a deceased community elder, then made apocryphal statements & commanded its killer to pray. Zalmen Rosen went ahead & tried to kill the fish but injured himself in the process & a co-worker finished the job. The prophetic carp was made into gefelte fish, sold & eaten by unsuspecting fish market customers.

I don't know. Could it be a prank as one of the articles suggests? Sure. Could these two guys have really seen and heard what they say they did? I believe it's possible.

For me to believe the claim, I'd have to know their background. Are they known to have previously made outrageous statements/claims or are they well respected people in their community. Are either of these people smoking anything funny.

Just like over the years I've believed a few of the people who claim to have had contact with aliens. While most I wouldn't believe a thing they said.

Put yourself in their shoes. Something happens, you witness it, share that with others and no one believes you. But you know what you saw. Plus in this case, you have a witness who also 'heard' the same thing.

I rest my case.

If it was a Cat Fish, I could believe it. Not a Carp

Amen,
