I hope and pray I'm wrong, but I'm afraid that there are several Asian cities that will not exist in the next decade or two. There is now a madman with nuke missiles, thanks to Clinton's appeasement of North Korea. A few million deaths in Asia may be Clinton's legacy.

Considering that the US does not know how NK got them and that there are more than aa few missing Russian nukes known to have been made available on the black market how have you been able to deduce that Clinton is to blame?

California is going is probably going to triple automobile taxes on July 1 - should we blame Clinton for that one too?

They need them for national security.
They keep the wolves from the door.
They have incentive to acquire nukes.

Let us hope they don't emulate the doctrine of 'pre-emptive strike', or the ‘excuse’ of.

There aren't many cases of regimes using nukes against people anyhow.
Not to mention 'depleted uranium', whatever in hell that is.

Funy how the 'neo-cons' only think it un-patriotic when actions of the 'neo-cons' are critisised.

Clinton has proposed that Bush draw up a proposal that would have North Korea cease production of nuclear weapons and shut down its weapon making factories in exchange for food, energy and a non-aggression pack --noting that "We can't kill, jail or occupy all of our adversaries".

What does Bush propose???

Gee golly whiz, what a neo-con crapola fallacy... Most countries take DECADES to develop nuclear weapons, but the neo-con morons state it only took 8 years for N. Korea SIMPLY so they can BLAME CLINTON!

Excuse me morons....It started during the Reagan years....you remember Reagan don't you...President in Dementia. Why didn't REAGAN stop it! Why didn't GHW Bush Stop it! Because Neo-Morons wouldn't have a Democrat to put all the blame on....And what a shame that would be...

Hopefully we will get to exercise our right to vote and some concocted domestic emergency will not occur "postponing elections for reasons of national security". The recall effort currently underway in California is the Republican model for retrieving an office lost in a General election.

Ahh yes, the California recall election. It is not a grass-roots initiative but a PAID program. PAID for by none other than the Congressman who wants the job. Yes ladies and gentlemen, the recall election is getting its signatures by PAYING PEOPLE TO GET THEM IN ANY WAY THEY CAN! HUNDREDS OF PAID SIGNATURE GETTERS!

I wonder what kind of tactics those signature getters are using? Yes, grandma, just sign on the line and then you can have your pain medication
Let's go through the cemetary again and make sure we got all the names

I wonder where the Congressman is getting all that money to pay for those signatures?

San Diego efforts on this front have come under extreme fire. There are actually two petiitions being circulated - one for and one against the recall. Funny thing is that a lot of the ignature collctors are carrying BOTH petitions and some just claim to be. If they ask someone if they want to sign for the recall and they say no, the ask if they would like to sign AGAINSt the recall, but are still given a pro recall signature page. I have been asked if I want to sign for for an
1 )increased education budget
2) lowered taxes
or
3) higher penalties for sexual offenders (an especially hot topic hear after Daniel VanDam).

In all three cases out of curiosity I told them that I was not a currently registered voter.... and in all three cases - I was told it didn't matter.

I have some serious doubts concerning how many of the signatures collected are going to pass the mustard.

If the Republicans wanted to get rid of Davis, maybe they should have found a candidate during the actual election that was not so freaking sleazy that even the RNC backed away from in the final days.
