I swear by larger daily doses of Vitamin C (3000 mg.+) but I wonder if there are other suppliments out there that really work. Do any of you that take vitamins (or whatever) notice a difference?

Yup!...I'm a lot poorer....
Smokers are suppose to take 3,000 mg.a day.Bad thing is,the Companys are cutting the true content of the pills, you may not be getting what you think or pay for.I read a storey about how big medicine discovered the cash cow of vitimins, and are now very involved in the vitimin stores.
Liquid vitimins are suppose to be the best,UGHHHHHHHHHHH ,capsules are the next best thing. Those solid caulk like vitimins are very slow to disolve, and some don't..
I still believe in them, and I drink distilled water only. The last cold I had was in 98,some of my relatives get those flu shots every year, the flu shots work real well, they stay sick with the flu all year long....

A vitamin company hired an expert to increase profits. He recommended bigger pills and less cotten in the bottle because the cotten cost more than inert filler in the pills.....
