The picture & description were emailed to a friend of mine, & no one seems to know when or where the picture was taken. I think that, like the infamous naked-reflection-in-the-teapot auction picture, this is making the rounds of email & the Net in general.
This is certainly something the woman will never live down!!

Lol...Well, in that case, I suspect that a photoshop artist may be involved. It's kinda unusual for someone other than the bride to wear a strapless dress -- of such a "loose" variety to a wedding reception. But assuming that she wanted to stand out like a peacock, she appears to be sufficiently endowed to at least hold it up.
