CBS has the right to censor or reject any ad that is submitted to them of course. This one won a people's choice award in their contest, but they rejected it anyhow...too "controversial"

..and I am happy it won't be shown!

f*ck'em! CBS has every right to decide what airs.

Paid advertising is anything but "Free".

Exactly what is the ad Twelve? The link doesn't open for me. Were you actually able to view it? Or are you commenting before reading [seeing] like you
did in another thread?

Prof, it wouldn't show up for me. I keep forgetting to check Moveon. Thanks for reminding me.

It simply questions who will pay Bush's trillion dollar deficit and illustrates the answer with children working.

So, CBS is lining up with FOX. What a tragedy that the media has been bought.

Yes I did wast 60 seconds of my time watching that trash with children doing adult jobs... and the unfounded remarks at the end.

I don't want to see ANY politcal ads during the Superbowl, either for or against President Bush.

I enjoy the game and the commercial advertising... Moveon needs to do just that... move on.

I don't really think the ad is unfounded. Bush, in his so-called "State of the Union" speech, stated that he planned to increase spending on this that & the other, while also stating he'd cut taxes all over the place. So...just how is he going to do allthis? Where is the money going to be coming from topay for all his new programs if he slashes taxes & gives rebates for all sortsof things?

There is a lot of truth in that ad.

The $1 trillion figure mentioned in the video is cumulative for Bush's four-year term based on U.S. Treasury Secretary John Snow's forecast for 2004.
