Now please explain how it can be illegal to sell anything that stimulates the human genitals and yet thousands of Texas doctors and druggists sell Viagra and similar drugs? Even if that is permitted does it not accomplish the same thing by rendering an otherwise useless appendage into performing the same function?
Isn't this an unequal application of law against women?
And the national ad agencies that push this stuff on TV should be summoned to Texas to answewr also.

It isn't illegal to sell them in Texas IF they are labeled as a novelty item. She didn't know that and thats why she was busted.

Doesn't matter what they're labeled--what adults choose to do in the privacy of their homes is their business, not the governments.
What really amazes me are the $12 jars of "passion pudding" and $9 jars of nipple cream. Why would anyone be foolish enough to pay that kind of money when they can get Jello pudding and other tasty condiments for much much less?!?

Just guessing but probably because they need to be blatant. Most guys are dense as a brick and if ya bring a bowl of jello along they think it's a picnic. A few of them if ya bring a jar of nipple cream along and chew on their ear a little may start to get the drift of things.

It's her fault for having failed to give her products ice cream names.
There are so many avenues to explore here that I hardly know where to begin...
