Poland ponied up support when Bush asked for it. Now he doesn't seem to want to pay back any favor for it. If you don't take care of people when they have given you support - well next round they are not going to be there for you.
Seems so basic it shouldn't have to be explained - but he made it about as clear as a politician ever does. Hit him over the head with it - which makes me think he doesn't think Bush gets it.

Doesn't know there are millions of Poles in the US. Doesn't know there are blacks in Brazil. This guy was carried by his school for Daddy's sake to even get a C.

Do you have a few hundred people of Irish descent in America too??

Aren’t these people ever discussed when GW sits down with his mates to talk about their ‘Project for the New American Century’.???

"This guy was carried by his school for Daddy's sake to even get a C."

Don't you know the Secret Code at Yale, Gravid? Those C's affixed to Bush's (and other illustrious millionaires' ) transcripts identified him as a Cash Cow. In reality, he was a D student...

Polish President Says He Was Treated Like 'Illegal Immigrant' During Brief Stop in Canada

WARSAW, Poland (AP) -
Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski said he was treated like a "potential illegal immigrant" after his plane was diverted to Canada while traveling home from Washington.
The president and his entourage were held for about three hours before being allowed to leave the airport in St. John's, Newfoundland, Kwasniewski's spokesman said Thursday.

The president's specially marked government plane originally had been scheduled to land in Gander, Newfoundland, but was rerouted, catching immigration officials in St. John's off-guard. Kwasniewski was on his way home from a visit with President Bush.

"We saw what it means when an unexpected visitor arrives and is treated from the start as a potential illegal immigrant. And that is how we were treated," Kwasniewski told reporters after arriving in Warsaw on Wednesday.
