I emailed vendio last week with a question and I have never had a reply from anyone. Is this because I am now supposed to pay for telephone support? I pay enough to vendio every month to expect at least some kind of reply. Why even bother having a form to contact vendio when it's so clear there is no one on the other end? Has anyone gotten a reply to a question to vendio? I'd just love to know....

You are in the wrong forum for this post unless you simply want to vent. If you want actual help you should probably check out the Vendio Services board.
As for an answer to a question - I was not even able to get them to cancel my account - I had to cancel the card.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Hello nancyromancy,
I see that you have received our responses in your Customer Manager inbox - note that this is where responses to customer service requests will be sent. We use CM because it is more reliable than standard email in receiving emails from our system, and we will also be able to track a problem more easily if you find you're not receiving emails.

It's simple when you log onto Vendio, look at the Customer Manager Tab and if it is orange you have mail. I wrote and received answers in a day.
