dad, if you are referring to the Korean War it was not won or lost. Fought to a draw and has been under a cease fire for the last 50 years.

Especially since she has been so happy since Clinton apologized for the terrible thing we did.

Bush has no idea what "the buck stops here" saying is all about. Talk about flip flop, Bush is like a fish out of water. He must have flipped dozens of times in the last year or so both about what he says and what he does. Americans are finally seeing that Bush is fast becoming the all time flopped President.
