What I can't believe is how they can, in good conscience, blame this President when they said the same thing. But somehow now after a Republican President gets elected....saddam was a good guy who meant us no harm and everything, once again, is all OUR fault.
Imo, IF a President like clinton had good moral character it would be more important to him that American's ALL see the same threat they too saw saddam presented and would SAY so now - rather than remain pretty much silent and let it stay a political issue....when the only differences between the two parties were in how to deal with that threat....NOT that the threat didn't exist.
To me, it only makes them appear untrustworthy by saying one thing then....and another thing now.

Bill Clinton may have said those words, but he had chosen to use dimplomatic means of isolating Sadaam.
Bush had proof WMD's existed in Iraq. If that is true where are they. That was his entire basis for war. To date President dufus has yet to produce any WMD's in Iraq or prove a link between Iraq and Al-Qaida.

All animals are created equal, but some are more equal than others.
Change is constant. The history of mankind is about change. One set of beliefs is pushed aside by a new set. The old order is swept away by the new. If people become attached to the old order, they see their best interest in defending it. They become the losers. They become the old order and in turn are vulnerable. People who belong to the new order are winners.
