OK, my opinion whether ya want it or not....

Surprise #1: ANOTHER PLANNED terrorist attack so that Bush can give a patriotic speech and his popularity will go up.
Ya, it makes no sense ..like when Hussein was captured Georgie's popularity polls went up as if he had captured him himself.....totally not logical.
They won't care how many people die in it just so they can get votes.

Surprise #2 Telling all the troops that they can be home for Thanksgiving and then after the election saying, " Oh, nevermind, we made a mistake you'll have to stay afterall"

Surprise#3 Pretending there will be an imminent terrorist attack....scared people are easier to control. And they won't want to change leaders when under attack(real or otherwise).

You can argue and scoff and/or throw up but mark my words....something will happen!

Crow: Thanks. I also got a laugh from your #1 surprise. However I don't think the American people will fall for Bush's lies and deceit a second time.

Thanks profe! I forgot that one....I heard it a few months ago from a friend who said that they'd fly him off the ranch in Texas over to Iraq and then pretend they just found him!

Oh, maggie, I am definitely NOT joking.
They will stop at NOTHING to win. Democrats better not fly in light planes right before the elections that's for damn sure!

What I'm hoping is that if it gets enough attention the Republicans won't DARE try anything especially with airplanes...their specialty.

Liberal talk show hosts are helping by discussing it but I want to go around and put up billboards warning about "it" whatever "it" may be.
I meant what I said....this is a real threat.

Crowfarm: you know, we are just so smart. Bush & Co. is the puppeteer......

This how they got thru 3x's or more already in this country. We entertain this Bush controls all theory, we once again really underestimate these people.

But maybe that is how they'd prefer it.

"A statement from al-Qaeda following the Madrid bombings...said the organization hoped George Bush would win reelection, 'because he acts with force rather than wisdom or shrewdness, and it is his religious fanaticism that will rouse our (Islamic) nation, as has been shown. Being targeted by an enemy is what will wake us from our slumber.' Quoted on the Arabic news Web site www.elaph.com: 'Bayaan lil qa'ida yuhhammal tawqi' kataib abu hafss al massri,' March 17, 2004."

At first, I thought that the recent warnings of an attack before November were just diversionary tactics of the Bush administration to reduce the attention that Edwards and Kerry are receiving. But, I'm not so sure. An attack may influence the election in Bush's favor and of course AlQaeda who favors the Bush regime knows this.

neuroter, you'll have to explain that post. Who is "we"?

What does this mean?"This how they got thru 3x's or more already in this country"

Bush and company are not the puppeteers but are the puppets.

Bush doesn't control all...he just wants to.

Yes, then we can all praise Bush and sleep well at night. Supreme protection under this president's watch once again.

- Is this the Kerry camp line of thinking? Havent you been hanging out at that web site all day?

This would be Kerry's dream come true and you know it. But you got nothing here. Nothing, spit - your own recalculated regurgiation. Spare us the reverse psychology scheming, helen, it hangs like a crooked dress all over you.

But hey perhaps you could send it off as your enquirer submission? Or can email to the FBI/CIA. I'm sure they need YOUR help and theories. We know you're the true american who so wants to help the country. And we also know you have the inside track to the terrorist's because you've visited their web-site. So it must be true.
Too bad our own miss curly-toed lady is just just not that smart. But hey, maybe they'll put all their plans on the website just for you. You know, then you can delve into it a little deeper, and let us know whats really going here.

Its couldnt be they do what they want for their OWN MOTIVES, huh? That would be just too simple to understand. What would turn your wheels all day then?? Since you like lawyers, why not a John Grisham novel to entertain you? He is one lawyer that can take a little bit of fact with some imagination and make it sound reaal good.

Bush in control? The PG's just wish he were as good an actor as Reagan. At least we have Cheney as Political Officer. <eye roll> There's one thing that makes Cheney a good Vice-President. Just like Algore he helps protect the president from assassination. (think about it)

I have quite a few about you...original ideas based on past experiences.

Is the word "dither" your very own personal word, Neroter? LOLOL

The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language

Dither - A state of indecisive agitation.

Tell it to Neroter, crowfarm.

I have the priviledge to defend myself on any thread. I'm sure that you can understand that.

BTW...I would certainly prefer to avoid such nonsense.

Don't worry John Kerry and John Edwards will kick the #*!@ out of the real bad guys. They will be smart enough not to get bogged down in a bad war.

I'm really sorry that you believe that I disturbed your thread. It's not customary here to assume ownership of a thread and many go off topic as you must know by now.

I did make a contribution to this thread that was on target. I'll try to avoid your threads in the future because I have to reserve the right to defend whatever I say, no matter how trivial or nuttty the response to my comment may be.

Helen, yes, you always contribute very good posts to any thread and I appreciate them.
I didn't mean to sound as if I owned the thread but would rather hear your ideas and thoughts than see you waste time with that flake.
I still believe laughing at people like that is just more fun! And so easy!
In another thread I told Bear to go F*$k himself and DICK Cheney was right...it needed saying and I felt better

And Libra isn't half so irritating now that I know she's Dave Letterman's mom! Did you know that?

So don't be mad at me....make fun of me, swear at me but keep the posts coming!

Helen has a light heart lately? Have you all noticed? She's outnumbering Linda in LOL's tonight. This folks is a phenomenon to be reckoned with.

Nice to have a little nutty for your own measure, isnt it? It's got to be better than toiling from board, to board, to board, then back to that boredom - to that usual place of loathing she so well possesses and dwells in.

No need to thank me, Helen. Carry on. My job is completed here

You have crow to keep you company.

Ha! Great to see another fellow duct tape user but listen, pardner ,,,there ain't never been no tape made that can keep this mouth shut!

As you can see diplomacy is not always the best policy. Things may change.
Have a great weekend....

A smiley face for neroter.
