How many Bush administration officials does it take to change a light bulb?

Are you ready for this?

The Answer is SEVEN:

(1) one to deny that a light bulb needs to be replaced;

(2) one to attack and question the patriotism of anyone who has questions about the light bulb;

(3) one to blame the previous administration for the need of a new light bulb;

(4) one to arrange the invasion of a country rumored to have a secret stockpile of light bulbs;

(5) one to get together with Vice President Cheney and figure out how to pay Halliburton Industries one million dollars for a light bulb;

(6) one to arrange a photo-op session showing Bush changing the light bulb while dressed in a flight suit and wrapped in an American flag;

(7) and finally one to explain to Bush the difference between screwing a light bulb and screwing the country.

The real question should be does Bush even know what a light bulb is?

Gee, logansdad, learn to spell. In number five you spell billion with an 'M', You're making the VP look like a piker, are you trying to ruin his reputation? Oh, yea, right, never mind.

Of course the President knows what a light bulb is. It's the kind of bulb you use if you start getting a bulb gut.

How about #9.....If Bush can successfully change a light bulb he can fly onto the White House Lawn and hang a banner that says "Mission Accomplished"

Yes, I do beleive that President Bush should hang a banner that says Mission Accomplished, right after the election.

Just wanted to bump a 'civil' thread. I think logansdad made a funny post and responded in kind. Logansdad is far left, pretty much, but I read his posts and see his viewpoint at times. Isn't that what communication is about? Some times it is wise to quit thinking about YOUR next oration and just pay attention to what is being said/written.
