Have you ever heard the old saying "that's his booze talking"? It's often used to describe a person when they have had too much to drink. There is an region in the human brain that causes people to feel shame and guilt and embarrassment. This is why people usually are on their best behavior.

However, when a person has had too much to drink, this element of behavior control ceases to function. That's why you will sometimes see a person becoming very aggressive when they are drunk. Sometimes, the person will become very outspoken about other people they don't like. And of course, we have all heard of a guy coming home and beating his wife when he was drunk. The wife might say something like this, "he is the nicest guy, but when he starts drinking, watch out!

I once worked at a company which employed a openly gay male, and while at the Christmas party, one of the husbands of the female employees started to make passes at this gay male employee. He probably wouldn't have done it if he wasn't drinking, but it was "his booze talking". The husband didn't feel shame, guilt or embarrassment. There is nothing that you don't want to do when you are drunk, that you really don't want to do when you are sober. The booze just allows you to do it much more easily.

That is why everyone should look at this home video of George Bush while at a wedding. You will get an insight of his real attitude towards people. You will need Windows Media Player to view this. Really quite interesting. Enjoy!

That was similar to the deal where someone says, "Oh, my God, look at this picture from Mars!" And then starts to point out objects excitedly that you just don't see AT ALL.

I just don't see an aggressive or cruel George Bush in that out-take no matter how hard I look, especially considering that I don't know the people or situations to which he is referring. For all I know he is continuing an insider joke on the 'only in America' theme.

He may be at the lame PC blood level for being legally intoxicated, but he is still down the street and around the corner from being DRUNK. But you keep looking at the clouds and finding duckies and pirate ships if that's what stirs your chimes. Oh, that one there looks like a Geraldo Rivera wannabe trying to entice someone with their guard down to say something incriminating.
