Seems Bush now claims that the jobs problem is caused by a "skills gap".
But just before Bush brought us this new piece of worthless hot air, the economists were asked where the new job growth will be. Their answer ? In countries that have hungry people that will work for low wages and no benefits, China and India.
And it gets better. Seems the unemployment figure dropped because 500,000 unemployed people's unemployment benefits ran out last month and they have not found work, so they no longer are in the unemployment figure.
