How much of this can people take. Ivan expecting to hit U.S. and on its way is tropical storm 'Jeanne' that they expect to strengthen. It looks like its headed straight into Cuba from the east, but I don't know how to read the 'probablitys'

What is this, a hurricane every 3 days

The 20 year cycle of low hurricane activity has reversed. Heven help all in the paths of these monster storms.

No kidding! I just 'found' Jeanne today on the latest radar, and an article about it.

I think Floridians would be so sick of this! And all the islands!

According to the scientists there is going to be a period of ten to fourty years with increased hurricane activity. I would not live in Florida or along the gulf coast for anything if this is any example of what to expect. The lower east coast would be iffy too.

I think I'll just stay up here in the hills with the snow, ice, and bears!

Oh, and the occasional flooding from these hurricanes...
