Lost was interesting, but I could not stand the quantity of commercials foisted off on the audience in the pilot episode. I don't watch much TV, but was curious about this new try at a Gilligan's Island type of show.

Lost is the greatest! I have my TV set to automatically go to the channel every Wednesday. They seem to have let up on the commercials a bit. Last night's was great. My boyfriend thinks they are all dead and that's what the deep down meaning of the show is. I disagree, but it makes for interesting conversation!
Desperate Housewives is great, too.

I can actually stay awake through an entire episode of Lost, so it must be great. I think it's going to be one of those X-Files or Twin Peaks things though, where lots of things will be left unexplained.

Cherished - I never thought anything would win in a timeslot against Law & Order for me but Deperate Housewives did it. I can't think of her name right now but I love the actress that plays the former lawyer turned resentful stay at home mom. and Bree is a total crack-up
