Fell a sleep aroung 7:30 the polls in a few states had just closed and things weren't looking great.

Caught a few updates (TV was left on) and thing's were getting worst...Now it's 03:02 EST and this great country looks like it may hang on for al least 4 more years.

I feel pretty good but now I have to go face my boss, he and his wife are both Democrats and we have had some pretty good arguments over the past couple of years.

Drudge report states that kerry will speak and conceed the election at 1:00 PM ET.


And not only are President Bush supporters cheering....but our markets are up on the news too.

NEW YORK (AP) - Stocks surged Wednesday, with the Dow Jones industrials posting a triple-digit gain moments after the opening bell, as investors expressed relief following the election and what's widely believed to be a victory for President Bush.


In early trading, the Dow Jones industrial average was up 173.37, or 1.73 percent, at 10,209.10. The broader gauges were also higher. The Standard & Poor's 500 index added 16.81, or 1.49 percent, to 1,147.37. The Nasdaq composite index rose 33.23, or 1.67 percent, to 2,018.02. Besides the election, earnings reports boosted stocks.
