Which laundry detergent do you use? Do you think some work better than others? What about the Oxy products - do they work? Thanks.

I use Gain and I really like the way it smells, and it cleans as well as any other. Maggie

I use whatever major brand is on sale when I am shopping They all work just about the same.

One thing: beware of Oxi-Clean!!!! It caused grey blotches all over one of my black sweatshirts...

Era w/ Bleach does wonders on stains. But I like the smell of Tide or Gain.

Cheer. Used tide years ago, went thru an era phase, now it's cheer - I don't even remember why I switched.

All Temp-a-Cheer.

Used Tide once and I felt like I was installing Fiberglass Insulation all day.

Also Wisk is Good.

Kraft, I like Cheer, Fab or Wisk. Tide, I think, is real good on whites but it dulls out colors in my opinion.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

What I meant was that you were "in for it" with that group you just described.. I thought they would jump all over you for your down-putting of this topic..

Oh fearless one.. I was not challenging you.. LOL... and although trout defiler conjures up such a vivid picture.. I could never see you in that roll...now Stone or Park.. maybe ..put some lipstick on that trout and they'd be lining up! hee hee..

I can't afford Tide. I think that brand is made for rich republicans due to it's costly price. I usually use Purex or something cheap like that. I don't have a lot of dirt to wash out of my clothes, since I'm a democrat and our clothes don't usually get that dirty. We are clean people.
