Just received my third card. Lost my first 2. Took my so call wifes card with me to Louisana Downs.
Can I pleasess have $100 to win on the #4 in the first and $250 to place on the 7 horse in the 5th.
I'am from Brooklyn, Most of these people receiving these cards are use to hitting the casino every chance they get their check.
Most of these people will branch out at night and buy liquor, cigarette and DRUGS, you know all the good stuff.
Once again No planning, How about releasing the money weekly , $200.00 a week for 10 weeks! You can use the same card. By then all their other checks will be ready.
I can go on and on about FEMA doing it all wrong again.
I was once in the hole for $30,000, In 6 years I turned it all around with 2 jobs, now I have a new car no payments and $23,000 in the bank.
