It's just one of those trinkets that they sell at Carnival in Rio De Janeiro. You can tell by the fruit basket hat on the bird.

They take their spelling seriously in Arizona. Phoenix is a city there.

Phoenix is spelled with the 'o' before the 'e' Trust a native Spelling lesson over...
