We are going to Newhampshire and Vermont next week and I need to get some photos of churches and farms to come back and paint this year.
Any real scenic areas you know of?
We will be staying in the Laconia are but also going up to ST Johnsbury VT area too.
I really, really need some new subjects.
Ilive in Texas and never paint anything from here.I'm going to have to start but most of my customers like the New England landscapes and that is what I'm gettin a reputation for.

Woodstock. It's south enough that you'll still get some color. I think it's the Rockefellers that, years and years ago before this was common, had all the phone/electric lines buried so the view wouldn't be spoiled. Lots of restoration, plenty of zoning too as I recall, so you don't get the eyesore 7-11s and strip malls that you find in much of the rest of the state.
