So, are you? And are you enjoying it?
I'm about 1/3 of the way into MERRICK and so far it's a little slow, but I'm hoping it picks up.

Hiya Mayfair (love the nic!)...yes, I already finished it. It stays kinda slow thru the whole thing, but still, I liked it. I think she mainly did this one to whet our appetites for the next in the series of Lestat and mostly Luis.
edited to add that this particular novel reminded me of a Murder She Wrote story. It seemed that way to me, anyway. You wont know much til the end.

I'm babysitting today so I guess I'll spend some more time reading. I have 3 books I'm working on right now, but I'll probably finish Merrick first. I'm also reading Christopher Rice's book, and another one called "Driving Mr. Einstein" (Can't remember the author's name off the top of my head).
Lately I'm just more in the mood for reading than ebaying...

Me too...about the reading and not ebaying, lol. Im currently re reading Queen of the Damned, just to refresh my memory of all the characters. Then, when done with the rest of the series (Memnoch, Body Thief), I will start in again on Witching Hour and go to the next ones in line. I havent read her sons books at all. What with listing, reading and painting, I find my days are filled up (not counting posting, too, )
