I carried groceries up two flights of stairs. Does that count as exercise?

I've been exercising my fingers a lot lately, too. I've listed almost 400 auctions on Yahoo within the last couple of weeks. This is in my "spare time" as I also have a full time job.

I do quite a bit of pushing my luck as well as flying by the seat of my pants. That should account for something.
