Ohhhhhhhh, we're getting 48 hours without any of our 4 kids next weekend! They are all going to Winter Camp! The 2 youngest as campers, the oldest as a Jr. High counselor, and the 19 year is helping out the praise team by playing drums for them.
Yipee! From Friday afternoon at 5 pm until Sunday late afternoon.
Way to go Muriel!

I tried that Shosh, didn't work. When the grown kid and her husband want a vacation I get the grandkids. I'm not complaining, it's fun to spoil them and send them home.

My son plays, my husband manages & I get to be team sponsor and back-up score keeper.

talking with my boys about things important to them. I am so happy when they WANT to talk to me... doesn't happen often. Happiness is also a summer evening, sitting out on the porch with a glass of ice tea... (can you tell I'm tired of winter???)
