You mean from the other thread? I didn't want to address the poster who has stated they don't want their tax money to go to welfare and food stamps. Then they proclaim to be be such a giving person that they're going to take in foster kids. These kid's usually go back home, and the families usually are getting some help from the government until they get back on their feet.
I was wondering how she can hide her feelings and her superior attitude regarding people on welfare. Just seems phoney to me.
Sorry if I'm still not clear, but I get so mad when people in one breath are against programs that help people, then in the next breath telling us all the wonderful things they do to help people.

Hardly a ramble. I think you stated pretty succinctly that which has more than a few folks shaking their heads in varying degrees of disbelief.
