How do I scan e-mails with attachments for viruses before opening? I'm using Norton antivirus utilities.

You should be able to save the file to your desktop or to a special folder on your hard drive. Then Right Click on the file and choose Scan with Norton (or however it is worded). Just make sure your Norton dat files are current first.
