I'm asking this for a friend. She has a nephew that will be moving to Manitoba. Does anyone know of any cellular plans that have service between the US and Canada that are affordable but offer good service?

Most of the rest of the family lives in the Ohio / Eastern part of the US.

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated.

Meya: The only person I know on AW who lives in Manitoba is RB and he hasn't been around for a while.
