Hi everyone,

I received an e-mail earlier today from Auctionweiser and from Internetwire.com in regards to that Auctionweiser had set up a relief fund to assist the city of New York in rebuilding lower Manhattan.

Every company from big to small is trying to help all the victims' in this tragic event that had transpired at the WTC.

Lets all band together as several of these companies have all agreed and help the ones that are needed the most.

For more information about the Auctionweiser relief fund, people can check out the Internetwire.com home page, or Auctionweiser.com sets up relief fund to assist the city of New York in rebuilding lower Manhattan.

May God bless all the families of the fallen victims’.

pactsys/Bill,

I received my newsletter today too. Does anyone at auctionweiser know how to proof read?

I was horrified to read the last paragraph of the newsletter. I don't see any of the other sites sending out press releases. They are just doing what they can to help without having to announce it to the wires.

I find the newsletter/press release tasteless and just a ploy for publicity. Notice how no commitment of amount/percentage was made.

I cannot speak on the behalf of Auctionweiser, but I doubt that they did this for a "ploy for publicity." Several Internet companies such as Amazon, eBay, and other have setup relief funds; I do not know why it is so un called for when a smaller Internet site does the same. Auctionweiser is based in New York, and some of the other are not.

I assume we'll probably here more about this in the near future, but I honestly think the Auctionweiser is trying to help, and nothing more.

Like the pr said, we need to stick together as citizens of the United States. Each American should feel something about this terrorist act, and I personally will be contributing to as many different relief funds that I can. A lot of people in lower NYC have lost a lot, and we can all find a way to help them out... somehow.

Some members may feel different, some may different, but the goal of everyone is the same.

We have to have faith in our government and the corporations that are trying to help. There is no reason to start attacking a company for just trying to help.

Again, may God bless all the families of the fallen victims’.
