I just got 37 auction notices from ePier....yep, they FINALLY (but still without contact) ended the auctions I had there. Now get this....I get notice of 4 of them closing with bids and 4 FVF bills asking for my Credit Card info (as IF)....they unbelievable part is...the 4 they are trying to bill me for are old and completed transactions...one dates back to 2/01!!! Talk about a monkey wrench in their great program...just one more HUGE bug to eat the bile of untested beta programs the users get to deal with

Hello REAL PEOPLE out there that still think ePier are a viable auction site!!
This is run by maybe four people who have NO clue!!! Slow to correct site problems, yet speedy to BAN members that criticize them (myself and Goldenpony included)!).
When GP told me that she was billed a FVF for auctions that were held "hostage" as she was blocked ANY access to delete them..I thought that was bad enough! But now ePier are trying to charge her a FVF on an auction that ended on 02/01..HELLO!!!! Is there something wrong with this picture...Dear God wake up and smell the scent of CROOKS!!!!!

As a previous advocate of ePier (before I saw their deceit and lies) I would support them in most of their actions. BUT this is just proof that they have no idea how to run an auction site. I feel nothing but sympathy for the decent Sellers that are still supporting them and pray that they are not abused as GP or I have been.....I was candlelady on ePier. Of course since I have been banned it is hard to check me out BUT I had over 175 positive feedbacks (NO negs or Neutrals) with ePier (mainly because I bought my Buyers to the site....BUT they have now all left)...I have over 700 plus feedbacks from ebay...so I know what I am talking about!
ePier have now removed their brazen bragging of how many shopkeepers they have....believe me that is because it has dwindled to next to nothing! As to # of listings? How many were (like mine) RELISTS!

Epier had me hornswaggled for a while. I was made a fool of and more. I considered paying for storefront at epier but after seeing certain thing take shape I thought to myself "My fornacatin' donkey NO WAY!" Epier bring the thin line of reputability for online businesses thiner than ladybugs nose hairs and hurts us all.

How many people have been kicked off ePier? Are you guys the only 3?
Have you tried apologizing for whatever you did? Maybe they'll let you back in. ePier's not a democracy, nor should it be, but I doubt it's a tyranny either.
If you own and run a site, you ought to have every right to eliminate whoever for the overall good of the venue or consistent with your terms of service. eBay even allows users to blacklist problem bidders, so why wouldn't a site's owners have every right to delete problem individuals? Here at Auctionwatch they'll eliminate you in a second if you get out of line. I know I'd can people in a second if they attempted to harass users or the management of a site I owned and operated. In that sense ePier's no different than eBay or Auctionwatch. JMHO

Let me bee perfectly clear on this point.
I was/am/is NOT "kicked off" Epier.com, I left of my own mind to, I can go back if a wish to...if I wish to. I have no desire to add to nor offer any support to a site that furthers the cause of discrediting online businesses thru thier actions. Is it not difficult enuff to trust in this line of work? What with dead beat sellers and buyers (both of which permiate epier)harming the biz, charletan site owners are the nuke of that effort. No it is not just 3, at least the number is as high as 50 and many are taking action which they have been advised by attornies not to discuss at all and certainly not in this forum in light of upcoming legal actions. Several have gone to the BBB (as I have) and I personaly contacted the Spokane WA Chamber of Commerce and 3 newspapers. I hope that anwers your questions.

eSeller...are you actually suggesting I should say...Mr. Kim...I'm terribly sorry for speaking the truth and for you breaking your promises...I'm also sorry you won't return my emails or any phone calls...I'm also sorry you refuse to either return my money or explain why the paid for service is not in place...I'm also sorry you decided to freeze my accounts until AFTER your FVF program started so you could bill me for PAST auctions...I'm also sorry you banned me from the chat boards for no legitimate reason other than speaking the facts and the truths and then placed a bogus warning up AFTER the fact....I'm also still sorry you choose to remain silent in hope that the truths will all go away and people will forget your latest series of lies!
Yep...eSeller...I think ya got a good idea there

I almost forgot this....
How many people have been kicked off ePier? Are you guys the only 3?
NOPE...4 USERID'S WERE BANNED..3 I KNOW HAD ACTIVE AUCTIONS RUNNING
Have you tried apologizing for whatever you did?
THAT WAS COVERED IN MY POST ABOVE
If you own and run a site, you ought to have every right to eliminate whoever for the overall good of the
venue or consistent with your terms of service.
I AGREE...BUT TO BE FAIR TO EVERYONE...ANNOUNCE IT OR AT THE VERY LEAST ALERT THE ONES BANNED - NOT TO MENTION THE USER TERMS OF SERVICE HAVE BEEN CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE I JOINED AND THE LATEST CHANGES WERE NOT EVEN ANNOUNCED, JUST SILENTLY PUT IN PLACE OF THE OLD ONE!
eBay even allows users to blacklist problem bidders, so why wouldn't a site's owners have every right to delete problem individuals?
EBAY ALSO *ALWAYS* USES PROGRAMS THAT THE USERS ARE FORWARNED ABOUT
Here at Auctionwatch they'll
eliminate you in a second if you get out of line.
THAT'S ALSO WELL KNOWN IN THEIR TERMS OF USE!
I know I'd can people in a second if they attempted to
harass users or the management of a site I owned and operated.
BUT...TO SINGLE OUT USERS TO BAN AND STILL ALLOW OFFENDERS THAT CONTINUE TO BREAK THEIR NEWLY ANNOUNCED RULES TO CONTINUE POSTING....I THOUGHT THAT WAS DISCRIMINATION
Sorry for the caps...I just wanted to seperate your post and mine )

Hello folks,
Suspensions or similar issues, i.e. problems involving other message boards are not to be brought to AuctionWatch.
With that said, please revert back to the topic.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

eSeller004...yet again you spout off and insult previous epier Sellers with absolutely NO knowledge or factual comment!...Again I challenge you to state your User ID on ePier..otherwise I just think you are either a "plant" from ePier or even worse just a childish trouble maker who visits posts...as obviously you do not have much time here...you signed up 5-24-01 on A/W...so how much experience do you have??? Basically ZERO!!!!!!

All of those losers got kicked off for ripping people off. Good thing too. Only bidville is sleazy enough to accept them.
