So far so good. I have withdrawed about about $300 to my back account in 5 days, the average withdraw preiod is 2 buiness day. faster than PayPal, and absoulty free.
By the way, PayPlace also looks good. But the average withdraw preiod is about 10 days.

ExchangePath is great! You allow you to accept VISA, MC, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club, all for free. They let you withdraw your money to a bank account (without a verification scheme) or directly onto your credit card. For me it has worked flawlessly. And I have has ZERO trouble getting people signed up (of course the $10 sign-on bonus doesn't hurt).

How can I find out about Exchange Path?

And what about their chargeback policy? That is a major stick for me with PP. I can NOT mail out every small ebay purchase via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, buyers just won't go for that.

Rdee,
Just go to their site... ExchangePath.com
It is looking good to me!
What do you sell? I always use Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation! Even before paypal required it! That way I am assured that no one will try to say they did not receive the items.

FYI: You can get DC with Book Rate! So, if your items are videos or cd's or books or audiobooks, this works!

I sell a LOT of postcards and charge only $1 for postage. People who buy a postcard for 3 or 4 bucks are NOT going to pay for Priority and DC.

Besides it is just the fact that PP is taking the stance that the seller is dishonest by default. If a buyer insists on paying by PP but refuses to pay for Priority then they can still claim they didn't get the package and I get a chargeback. I have no action to take but to either refuse to take PP or to accept the chargeback. The fact that the regular green slip insurance for under $50 valuation is not acceptable proof of mailing is ridiculous. Paypal is just getting too sticky fingered. They are forcing me to drop them or accept their charges, charges I might add that give me absolutely NOTHING further of value. That charge for daily sweep is laughable. They want to charge a percentage like that for something I can do in a minute for nothing, puhleeze!

I have been offering ExchangePath ever since PP announced that they were going to begin charging and that screen popped up making me decide to upgrade or not to upgrade.
It has worked flawlessly. However, do be aware that when you are signing up with ExchangePath, they do say that they will begin to charge in the future.
Most of my customers prefer Yahoo! PayDirect. It has also worked flawlessly and is very easy to use. They state that they MAY begin charging in the future. Yahoo has not embraced charges in the past, but they do state that they may.

I use PayDirect too and I love it. But there is a $5 minimum per transaction, and many of my transactions are below $5.
ExchangePath and PayDirect pack a great 1-2 punch against PayPal if you suggest them to your buyers in the proper way. I have had no problems getting even die-hard PayPal fans to sign up for ExchangePath after I point out the $10 sign-up bonus.

I tried it, based on the positive comments here.
After registering myself and verifying my account, my first customer couldn't send payment, because ExchangePath didn't recognize my email address.
My bidder and I wrote ExchangePath, but have only received the autoresponder reply. It's been 24 hours.
First impression is not that easy and the service is not that great.
