Hi Paypal, Please walk me thru exactly what happens when a buyer clicks on a Paypal logo from the auction site as opposed to the WBN I send or outside the auction site altogether? Are they automatically connected to my account when they go thru the first 2 options above?
Also, from what I see, your opening page at both the auction site logo and the WNB selection, offers no choice for established members, only "Sign Up" choice. There is also not enough info on that 1st page for the newbies to really know what to do. I think it intimidates them. We need a little hand holding for the buyers here.
One last question: What is the time frame from when they complete their transcation and I receive notification? Is they buyer told you will notify me? Lots of my buyers email me and tell me they paid and all the details of it, not aware that you notify me. Thanks for your time, Bif
When someone clicks on a referral link your referral information is embedded in it (including the logo).
If someone makes a payment to you the amount will appear in your account automatically and you will receive an email notification advising of a payment (unless they have a typo in the email address).
