Two of my customers have complained they can't get into paypal through my link.
I can not get into my account. I pay pal down?

I'm in Northern Indiana. Just tried PayPal and got the error message that they are experiencing heavy traffic. I get the start up page but can't log-in.

Same message I'm getting here in Texas.
