Ecount may be bigger liars than paypal. They were claiming free and only when you actually went to make a payment did they show you that they were charging $1. And the charged $1 to the seller too. They also had a promotion that they gave $10 when you made your first transaction. I got lots of folks to sign up for that. Then they changed it to "spend $30 at one of their partner sites." No one I know got the $10. At least PP waited a few months before scamming people.
