Dear good folks at AW,
I really have to tell you that (in my opinion) you need to dis-associated yourself from X.Com. I cannot remember when a company has turned so viciously on loyal customers. First, they do away with overdraft protection without notifying all their customers. I had to call X.Com to be informed that the CEO of X has decided to put all resources into PayPal, and that I had NOT received the EMAIL. Then, they bounced my last check written from the account and charged me $25, during the "grace period" they provided. I called X.Com and told them I would be closing my account before November 1st but to please refund back the service charge and honor that last check. I then received an EMAIL last week promptly tell me "NO."
I absolutely love the services provided by AW and I always check out banners for your associates and partners. But X.Com is doing nothing but tarnishing your good name. I'll keep my PayPal account, but I've never seen an on-line company turn so sour so quickly on customers.

I've got one of those denial of fee refunds too.
Let's see how that went... It is X.com's policy not to issue refunds of any service charges, fees or penalties. You are welcome to file for a review of your account but you'll be just as screwed anyhow.
