Hi All,
Usually just a lurker here but have been reading all the great info on the other pay services.
I have signed up for ExchangePath but could not find anywhere if they do international also or just US. Any pay services besides BidPay that does international?
I know that Paypal is suppose to go international around Halloween.

I found this buried in the FAQs:
Please note you'll only need to enter the number once, our service eliminates the need to re-enter your card number with each payment. And don't forget, your credit or debit card must be from an issuer located in the United States. You are also eligible to earn a bonus when you sign up with a credit or debit card and try our service.
Although, it says you don't need to register a card with the account, but you won't be able to fund the account if you don't. So, a seller outside the US might be able to open an account to accept payments and use that money to pay for US purchases. But, I don't know if there would be any way to withdraw the money.
